A Year of Slowcooking This blogger's style is fun and real, she even posts about her flops with her triumphs. She seriously accomplishes a lot with the humble slow cooker.
Gluten Free Goddess I haven't tried these recipes but the pictures give me hope, they are so yummy looking.
main-main-masak-masak. I like the variety of information this site shares.
make your own almond milk I've done this before, its not hard and it tastes nice. I do add a tiny bit of salt as preservative, vanilla is nice too. Another site I found (but can't re-find) suggests to take the almond meal after the milk is extracted and dry it out on a cookie sheet in a low heat oven. I've done that and it makes wonderful protein & flavour addition to baking.
make your own rice milk I haven't tried this yet, but it looks to be a similar process to the almond milk to make. Warning, the picture looks kinda icky.
